Details: Cobra 454 comp. 9 degree stiff flex mistubushi rayon 45 sl shaft

Purchase: $155.00 slightly used off of ebay. I had seen where J.B. Holmes smashed it long and straight to win the FDR Open, so I demoed it, and made the purchase.
Pros: Shaft is light and has a lot of kick to it. It's real forgiving, has a very light sound when hit, but you can really move it out there with this club. Should definitely be illegal in my book, it's that long!! If you get close to the center of this clubface you'll smash the ball.
Cons: I like to hit a draw off the tee, hence I aim right to bend it back to the left, but this club only wants to launch high and straight. If your looking to work the ball, I would look elsewhere. If you want a low boring trajectory, I would look elsewhere. If you want tons of carry, this one is hard to beat.
Quality: Super, and a very beautiful club as well.

Review Summary: The bottom line is I love this club!!! Absolutley wouldn't take anything in the world for it. I still don't believe it, but I smashed a 434 yard drive into a tailwind- knocked it nearly 50 yards over a 389 yard par 4... Tee it high and let it ride, it's got a big clubface, so stock up on long tees. I improved my long game tremendously also with a purchase of a book called Amazing Golf. I purchased my copy at Shootamazingolf.com I highly recommend it, as I've got below scratch at last! Demo this club and you won't be sorry!!
