Details: I purchased a standard 460cc F speed club head with and M speed shaft.
Purchase: I purchased my driver 2 years ago from Golf smith for 240.00 Pros: At the time I purchased the club my swing speed was in the mid 90's and I mostly hit a fade which sometimes turned into a slice. I bought the club because it has a draw bias and it allowed me to straighten my ball flight. The other advantage is this club head really allows the ball to come off the face with a lot of speed giving me more distance. If you have a similar swing this is a great club. Cons: Once I learned to hit a draw I had a problem hitting the ball straight and lost some distance. The club head looks huge at address. Quality: Very good construction I used the driver for at least 15 rounds a month and it held up well. There are a few schratch marks but other than that it is just like new. Review Summary: I liked a lot when I first purchsed it but it is not the right club for me anymore. I try and hit it once in a while but it just does not feel the same. I think it is a great setup for someone with a SS in the 90's that hits a fade. It will add to your distance and accuracy. If you hit a draw and have a faster swing speend it will cause you problems.

Purchase: I bought this driver for £175 from www.gregnicholsongolf.co.ukBought the driver because i wasn't hitting straight drives as often as i'd have liked to, so i heard about the cobra driver and i bought it. Pros: Well, after using this driver for 3 months it is near impossible to miss a fairway. you hear so many reviews about forgiving drivers. I've tried them all! and nothing comes close to the Cobra F Speed LD! If you look at the club head on my driver there are dimple marks EVERYWHERE, yet i can't remember a bad drive i have hit with it. Even when drives don't sound right, you look up the middle of the fairway and that's where the ball is Cons: Doesn't hit the ball as far as most drivers e.g. the Nike Sumo or Callaway FTi Quality: Good quality build and construction although i've only had the club for 3 months. time will tell Review Summary: If it's accuracy and forgiveness you want you will not find a better driver. however, if it's distance you want you may find the Nike SasQuatch more useful. Details: 10 degree loft, stiff Adila Shaft
Purchase: Tested this driver at the local golf course as a demo that just arrived. Pros: The looks are okay but it's very large to look at when you address the ball but the color of the head is good and also the shaft color is good. Cons: This is by far the worst driver that I have ever hit. The sound is an excruciating sound that will make you jump after you hit the ball. Plus I lost about 15-20 yards with this driver. The feel after impact is like hitting the ball with a coke can. Cobra is always known for great drivers so I am very disappointed in this one from Cobra. Quality: The construction looks great but the quality is way below par for Cobra. Review Summary: I just tested the F speed LD and hated it. Maybe the X-speed Pro series will be better. Currently I use a MacGregor Mac Tec NVG2 Tour 10 degree driver with a Fujikura Speeder stiff shaft and I think that I'll stick to that one instead of going back to Cobra.
