Purchase: I bought my Cobra at a retail golf store for $269, since I needed a new driver, and I'm glad I did.
Pros: The Cobra 380 SS hits the ball hard, high and long! I don't hit the ball very high and the weighting for the club is perfect and very forgiving.Toe or heel shots still take off and still stay fairly straight(in the 1st cut,oppose to the woods).This is a great club for the begginer and the intermedate, very consistant,that gives confidance.
Cons: Some people find the noise from the club is too distracting, but I love it. It's a little hard to feel where the club is in the backswing, but I'm use to the heavier club so that might be why.
Quality: This driver looks powerful, it goes from black at the front and fades to gun metal, it's not much of a change but looks great in the sun. It's nice and light and you hardly have to swing for the ball to take off.This is a great quality club, constuction wise and looking wise.

Review Summary: I've played with this club for one and a half years, so it's not just a new club thing, this beast performs.It's only 380 cc but that's perfect for me.Toe, heel shots come back and allow the next shot to be playable.This club will not allow you to hit big hooks either way, and it performs as good as any club I've tried, and for half the price.Cobra have definitly got something good going here, no wonder they haven't change club the from thr orignal SS series.Get this club!!
