Purchase: i bought my 5-wood at 2nd swing golf in northern virginia for $149.
Pros: the aldila stiff shaft w/ a midkick point is the engine of this club. it launches the ball high and straight if u line it up correctly. the combination of the shaft and the thin face of the clubhead give this club extraordinary distance. some have reported hitting this 5-wood as far as most 3-woods. i can report gaining about 10 to 15 yards on the range and a little more from the fairway--i use a different ball than the driving range.
Cons: i find the alignment aid doesn't quite square for me, at least when i line it up it looks a little off what i perceive to be square. but once i make the proper adjustment it's just fine.
Quality: i think the construction of this wood is first-rate.

Review Summary: the only reason i don't give this a 5 is that i'm a tough grader. i'd give it a 4.75 to 4.95, because nothing is perfect.
