Details: standard 3 wood 15.5 degrees of loft, stock Aldila HM 60 stiff shaft and stock golf pride grip
Purchase: I bought this club from Bob Martin's golf for $99.99 canadian to replace an entry level club that I had started with. This club was a demo. I had the chance to upgrade my set to name clubs with not too much additional cost so I went for it.
Pros: I am really finicky about 3 woods. For some reason they just don't agree with me. i tried numerous 3 woods before I scooped this baby up. This club is just excellent. The shaft and grip are just perfect for me. I went with the stock stiff shaft and it's great, not whippy but doesn't feel like a board. The real suprise for me was the explosiveness off the face and the forgiveness. This club is extremely forgiving and extremely long. Typcially I find all top clubs are fairly simular in length, etc... but this one really stands out for me. I can hit this easily 230 and up to 260 yards. I even find this club very easy to hit off the fairway. I never use to try a wood off the fairway but now I crave the next long par 5. I can't stress how easy this club is to hit. Don't fear the taller face!
Cons: nothing... I was fortunate to get a Blue women's head cover. It's a nice dark blue, but still manly enough... I have heard that the men's head cover is a bit ugly.
Seriously, love everything about this club!
Quality: top notch... have owned less than a month but it is doing well. Review Summary: A fun and long fairway wood. Great forgiveness and quality. Just an easy club to hit and play with. There is a reason this was voted the best fairway wood by GOLF DIGEST...trust me, they didn't get that wrong. This club will be in the bag until it wears out!

Purchase: Purchased from Rolling Hills golf course for 140.00. Loved the 440 SZ driver so much I thought, "why not give it a shot," I am glad I did.
Pros: My game has gone through many changes in the last year and I've tried to find the perfect clubs that work the best for me. I am fairly long off the tee, 270+, but have never been accurate with my fairway woods. I read the Hot List in Golf Digest and this was the editor's choice in the fairway wood category. So, I tried them out and it has changed my fairway shots out very noticeably. Recently I played my local course and hit a great drive around 290 yards on a 560 yard par 5. I pulled the SZ 3 wood out of my bag and layed one in the center of the green. I have consistantly hit this club over 250 with amazing accuracy. What more could you want.
Cons: Nothing at all, beside the head cover.
Quality: The club is well built from grip to head. I played Taylor Made exclusively until I found the Cobra woods and since have sold the Taylor Made woods. I don't regret it one bit. Review Summary: Cobra has the best woods that I have used without a doubt and the price is very affordable. The only thing that is close or equal, in my opinion, is the Ping G2 woods. I you are looking for distance and accuracy, which I believe that is what it is all about, you can't go wrong with the Cobra SZ series. Try one out if you haven't I think you'll be surprised. Pros: It feels perfectly balanced,hits very long . And the price I was able to get it at.
Cons: Haven't found anything yet.

Purchase: I purchased a Cobra SZ 3 wood with the stock Aldila graphite shaft in stiff flex off e-bay for 129.00 with free shipping. It retails for 169.00 anywhere else.
Pros: It looks great with the black shiny head and navy shaft. I usually prefer a steel shaft in my fairway shafts but this shaft feels great and long. You can tell right away how good you hit it just by the feel and the sound of this club. In my opinion this is a far better version than last years SS fairway woods which I didn't like. It is 183 CC's which is big for a 3 wood but it doesn't look big at address at all, perfect size for me.
Cons: Well they just released it in a rifle steel shafted version right after I bought it which I would have preferred, but after hitting it with the graphite shaft I am glad I purchased this one. The grip is a little big at the end of the club in my left hand, I have never felt this in another club before. I am regripping it with the new Winn V17 grip which are awesome. I am regripping all my clubs with these. The stock velvet grips are OK, they are just not for me.
Quality: I had the Cobra 350 SS Driver and never had a problem with it, I am still kicking myself for selling it to my friend. Cobra makes a great product and quality is never an issue. Review Summary: If you want a great feeling and long fairway wood, give these a try. Search E-bay and you might get a great deal.
