Purchase: Golf Shop, $345 (sale) Pros: Very forgiving, and straight (for someone who tends to slice). I had a lot of problems with keeping my ball in play, but with the help of these clubs I average 49% of my second shots on the green. Nice grips (Golf Pride) grips the hands well and holds up even with sweaty hands on hot days. solid feel, no vibrating or uneven feelings. Easy clean up. Cons: The Pitching wedge could have a little more loft, seems to only give the ball minimal lift and spin (I need to use my sand wedge most of the time, when I should be using pitching wedge). Honestly, there is not much to complain about with these clubs. I am very happy with my purchase. Quality: Great construction. As I'm a 21 handicap (and trying to get better) I have abused them pretty good and they still look and feel great. They don't like rocks very much, so if you care about your clubs, you would be wise to take a penalty and drop your ball on the grass. Review Summary: These are great clubs, I have tried two other sets (Ping, and some no-name brand) and these have helped me go from 35+ handicap to 21 in only 7 months of moderate playing. I have the steel shaft set. I couldn't try the stiff flex graphite ones so I bought the steel set instead. Buy them!

Purchase: Fiddler's Green is a well known discount golf equipment dealer in Oregon. While on a road trip near there I decided to stop in to try different irons. You can try all kinds of clubs at their driving range. I tried 2 sets of Calloways, 2 sets of Pings, a set of Taylormade. Then I asked the salesman what their best deal was, and he said the Cobra's for $350. I tried them , liked them at least as well as the others, and bought them. Pros: Very well balanced, easy to swing. The oversize head gives confidence. They hit the ball high, and scruffy hits turn out better. Cons: The ball flight is a little unpredictable. On a good hit it may wander a bit, but will be near the target. Overall much better accuracy. Quality: Top quality, nice appearance. Huge soles but small top line when looking down at them. Review Summary: My long iron shots have really improved. Much higher trajectory and more consistent.
