Purchase: I bought it from a Jaya Jusco Supermarket cheap sale in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for about RM250(USD60). This is very cheap considering all the other drivers are mostly above RM500. It was the last day of sale and they still had plenty of the Goliaths to get rid off. My first impression was: must be one hell of a lousy driver. But since I have been struggling for almost 3 years to adjust to my Big Bertha (bought it for USD350)and I didn't see that I was making any progress, I decided it was worthwhile to just spend USD60 and try it. Anyway, the driver does look great.
Pros: It took me less than a week to get used to it. Immediately my hits are further and straighter. It gives a similar smooth feel when you swing even when it is bigger and longer than most other drivers.
Cons: The driver's handle padding is not lasting enough. There was a hole on the padding where I place my right hand thumb less than a year of usage. A friend who bought a similar model experienced the same.
Quality: Generally, it is still a good Driver as it feels comfortable in action and it produces the desired result. At the end of the day, I did not mind too much about the handle padding quality since I paid very cheap for it.

Review Summary: I am 6" tall and medium built. My average with Goliath is 300m with the furthest I've hit was about 320m. Goliath is definitely worth the investment. I don't think there is a need for me to upgrade to any other driver. If the handle gives way, I will put a new padding or betterv still, buy another one.

Purchase: I purcahsed the goliath from Wal-Mart for $39.00. The price was right and I have had good luck with Dunlop products.
Pros: I was impressed with the size of the Head and and the ovaerall quality of the club. The grips felt very comfortable. And it felt like a very swingable club.
Cons: On the course however I found it no easier to hit than the 255cc Knight driver I purchased 10 yrs ago. I din't notice any distance gain and it seemed harder to control my shots.
Quality: The fiberglass shaft seemed to be the right flex for me (reg). I did like the size of the head 450cc. It seemed like it should have a large sweet spot but I didn't find that to help me.

Review Summary: this club may be right for you but I discovered I could control a driver with a smaller head better.

Purchase: Purchased at Sport Mart for 33.00 + tax. I happened to be shopping for shoes with my wife and was looking at clubs. She jokingly said why don't you get this one it's big and only 30 bucks? I had to take a look.
Pros: I have a Taylormade 580 10.5 in my bag and I thought I hit it pretty well. All I can say is WOW! this thing is a rocket, and dead straight too. Back to back hits with both clubs for two rounds and the Dunlop was always better. 8.9 handicap
Cons: Nothing so far. The shaft is a little wippy but the ball goes straight. My swing speed is around 110. undecided on the chrome face.
Quality: Seems fine so far, although not as refined as the big name club heads.

Review Summary: I took the 580 out of my bag. i hit more fairways with this cheap driver than any previous ones I have tried. my buddy just bought the new TP 580 for 600.00 and this out hits it. My buddies can't believe it. I guess high cost isn't always better. Might feel a little funny with the cheapo in the bag till you blow it right by and they say "mind if I try it?"
