Details: Blue head on Yellow shaft with 10.5 degree loft. 460 cc's. The thing is freakishly huge. It drwarfs my buddies drivers.

Purchase: It was a big head for only $100 at Gi-Joes. You can't complain with that. I think I was drawn to the large head a bit too much. I wish I would have gone out and tried a few clubs before I bought this one. That way I would have realized I suck, and it's not the clubs fault. Poor club.
Pros: Hit's long and straight. It intimidates anyone playing with me until they see my awkward, spastic, violent swing.
Cons: Ugly color. Cheap shaft that broke on me. The head flew farther than the ball.
Quality: The shaft broke on me. Harrison is supposed to be quality. Bull. The Harrison shaft was way to whippy. I reshafted it with a stiff true temper. It's still ugly. Blue head connected to a forrest green stif shaft.

Review Summary: Not a bad club for $100. It could be worse. Actually, I could be worse.

Purchase: Golf Headquarters Columbia, SC $75.00 on sale
Pros: I went looking for a new Super Size driver on a budget and I found this baby on sale. Just for giggles I compared it to a new Nike SQ. $ to $ the LoCo wins hands down. Distance and accuracy were similar enough to cancel out. On off center shots the LoCo can kepp the ball on the fairway.
Cons: My buddys laughed at the screaming yellow shaft.... but they shut up after the first drive. The shaft could be a little stiffer. Also, I don't really like the magnetic close head cover. Lastly, it sounds like 2 iron pipes smacking together at contact.
Quality: It feels solid as a rock.

Review Summary: Head to head comparison from the simulator. Nike SQ 100mph head speed 268 yds Dunlop LoCo Pro 100 mph head speed 274 yds Add up the cash and then tell me who you think...

Purchase: I have been using a Ping driver for the last year, and my best friend kept outdriving me by 30+ yards with an obnoxious looking driver, a Dunlop Loco. Enough was enough so I hit it a couple of times and immediatley split the next three fairways right down the middle and 30 yards longer. If you think price always mirrors quality, think again. I gladly paid $94.99 the next day for my own Loco Pro driver at a small local golf shop. The avarage price for the unit was $99.00 at major retail stores. I carry a 10 handicap and expect to drop to an 8 with this driver. With a 2 degree inset, 10 degree loft, and titanium head, this club is long, straight, and easy to hit.
Pros:
Cons: There are two things I dislike about this driver; the colors and the sound. But the performance of the club is so good these do not matter.
Quality: Dunlop wrapped a soft (winn like) grip around a Harrison Striper shaft that connects to a huge but light 460cc titanium head. The combination gives you a great feel even on mishits. A dead center hit leaves you and anyone else around in awe as the ball gets launched like a NASA rocket.

Review Summary: Don't be fooled by high suggested retail price by the big guys. At $99.00, this club outperforms any high dollar club I have ever had which includes Taylor Made, Callaway, and Ping.

Purchase: I BOUGHT MY LOCO PRO FROM DICK'S SPORTING GOODS. I WAS JUST BROWSING WHEN I NOTICED THIS BIG YELLOW AND BLUE MONSTEROUS HEADCOVER. LUCKILY FOR ME IT WAS A LEFT-HANDED DRIVER FROM THE GOLF HEAVENS. I PAID $89.00 + TAX.
Pros: THE SIZE OF THE CLUB IS GREAT. THE YELLOW SHAFT CONTRASTS WITH THE MATRIX. sOME DON'T SEEM TO LIKE THE HEADCOVER, BUT I THINK IT'S PRETTY SIMPLE MYSELF.
Cons: I DON'T HAVE A BAD WORD AGAINST THE CLUB.
Quality: EVERYTHING ON THIS CLUBS' MANUFACTURING SEEMS TO BE THOUGHT OUT PRETTY WELL.

Review Summary: i WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CLUB TO ANYONE WHO WANTS SOME DISTANCE AND STRAIGHTNESS IN THEIR GAME. MY GOLF BUDDY IS ALSO LEFT-HANDED, AND USUALLY HAS THE CLUB OUT OF THE BAG BEFORE I'M OUT OF THE CART.

Purchase: Dick's Sporting Goods, $99.99!
Pros: This driver is absolutely long and straight! It's consistently longer than my Titelist 975J, and much more forgiving. I'm no John daly, but I'll hit this one straight and probably close to 300 yrds for the long-drive hole in my tournament tomorrow. Off-loaded my 975J for $80 so I could trade to this one for $99. That should say it all......
Cons: It's not very easy to shape, but hitting this straight, do you really need to? Any time I need more than a slight draw or fade and can't get it is easily off-set by this club's self-correcting nature when all I want is a safe, straight shot.
Quality: Fit and finish is great; I even like the the (loud?) aggressive color scheme. The "faux" carbon fiber finish may be a bit much, and it's yet to be seen how it holds up, but I think they even pulled that off. The head cover is pretty cool too.

Review Summary: Best driver I've hit in forever. Better than my old 975, better than my buddy's Nike Ignite, better than the Great Big Bertha-- and those comparisons have nothing to do with the price. This club performs. I also bought the LoCo 3 wood, and it is also a performer. Gained distance and accuracy. And they look so sweet sitting side-by-side in my bag, just waiting to eat up some fairway. Let the crazy dogs hunt!
