Purchase: I actually received the 7 wood as a hand-me-down from my roommate. He no longer needed it and thought I might be able to use it. Pros: This is by far my favorite club in my bag. I use it as much as possible. I'm not a power swinger, but it is simply amazing the distance I can get from this club. It also makes a very pleasing sound upon impact. Cons: There is absolutely nothing that I don't like about this club. Quality: So far this club has remained in excellent shape. It's about two years old, but it looks like it's only been used a couple of rounds. Review Summary: If you're new to golf, or if you're upgrading from a starter set, this is definitely a club to consider. I have never been more happy with any of my other clubs.

Purchase: I was browsing Walmart's golf section and saw these..liked the way they looked. Held one up to see how it was at address, felt great. I needed a replacement for my 3 and 4 irons, so I bought the 7- and 9-woods. Loved them. I paid about $40 each, WELL worth it. Eventually bought the driver and 5-wood also. Had a tough time locating the 3-wood, but I eventually found it, and its now my favorite club in the bag, Pros: Amazing distance and durability. Makes a pleasing sound at impact and feels solid. Also, very nice to see at address. The shaft (for me) on the driver seems a little too flexible, but other than that, it's amazing how well these perform. I played a round today and took the 3-wood off the tee...and hit it 340 yards dead in the middle of the fairway. Also, played a round recently and hit the 7-wood 240 yards off the deck and landed on a par-5 in 2. I can also shape shots fairly well with them. The distance is definitely the biggest plus though. Cons: All I can really say is the driver shaft is a little too flexible for me...but these worked GREAT right off the shelf. I got them last year and they only leave the bag when I'm using them in practice. Quality: VERY durable. I have a high swing speed, and at first I thought I'd damage the club (stereotypical "store-bought club" image inserted here)...but they hold up excellently. Also, the shaft flex is just what I like to use: mid-flex. Review Summary: Definitely a club worth buying, or at least trying for a while. If you're looking to upgrade from a beginner set of woods to an intermediate set, DEFINITELY go with these. If golf shots were worth money, these fairway woods have paid for themselves. Purchase: Read recommendation in another review on these clubs. Purchased about two months ago at Walmart the Flame 7 and 9 woods. Spent some time looking for the 3 and 5 woods. Finally located at another nearby Walmart.(Not all Walmarts carry individual clubs--best to get on their web site and get store locations and phone numbers and ask for 'Sporting goods') The Price---Only $39.62!!!! Pros: Own and have tried many fairway woods including Ping, Callaway steel head, Adams tight lies and Cleveland. The Dunlops for me give greater distance, better accuracy and more consistency than any others that I have tried. The club is a beautiful deep red color---Porsche should have such a finish!! Cons: So far nothing---but I wish that I could get nice headcovers in all lofts up to 11.(Yes I have an 11 wood also---not Dunlop) Quality: Better looks than any other I have seen. Seem to be well constructed and look like they will hold up well. Review Summary: Most 'cheap' clubs seem just that---'cheap' These are an extraordinary exception. Better so far than clubs costing 3 to 7 times the price that I have tried. I am currently trying to find Dunlop's LoCo (Crazy Long) driver. None of the Walmarts around here seem to have it.
I would recommend that anyone looking for a starter set or to upgrade visit their Walmart and try one or two of these clubs before laying out $100 to $300 for the 'name brand' clubs.

Went to the range yesterday to practice. Took the new 9.5* driver to test it out. I hit it a lot better than I figured I would with that factory insta
