On 2003-07-08, Stefan rated this Dunlop Tad Moore Utility a 3...(1731)

Purchase: Came with set of Tad Moore Irons for which I paid 350$ CDN from Nevada Bob's Golf Shop.
Pros: These utility clubs got the ball in the air fast, even with the 16*, it has I believe tungsten weights on the sole of the club to lower the center of gravity and has a very shallow face. For the high handicapper's they are a great replacement for the hard to hit 3 and 4 irons.
Cons: With the stock steel shaft it came with (made by true temper) it felt a bit unbalenced between the head and shaft weight, and for me at least, I could never really get past the looks of it.
Quality: Good quality, has taken many sky'd balls but after a quick wipe with a towel it shows no evendince of it.

Review Summary: If oyu have trouble getting your 3 and 4 irons in the air these are good clubs to have, they are suprisingly workable for the amount of game inprovement they have but the big downside is the appearence.
