Purchase: Purchased this driver at New Hampshire golf specialty store for $150. I bought it after trying out every driver available. Cleveland 460, Taylor Made 580, ERC Fusion, Big Bertha, Nike Ignite and the Mizuno MP001. As I was just about to make my purchase, I noticed the Founders Club drivers in a barrel marke "Clearance". Tried it, loved it, and bought it!
Pros: First off, the price. Even at regular price ($250) this club is a steal! Any combo graphite/titanium drivers are selling for $400 (i.e., ERC, Mizuno, Cobra).This club was easily as long AND more consistant than the others. It' 450cc head is really hard to miss and it comes with a custom UST graphite shaft!
Cons: There isn't anything to dislike except the fact that not many outlets seem to be carrying this gem!
Quality: The club appears to be of high quality from the grp to the head. No problems.

Review Summary: You know you can spend quite a bit more $ for drivers and I have. This baby is big, beautiful but most of all it works. It's long and straight and I don't need to be spending huge cash for drivers that don't perform as well but cost so much 'cause Ernie, Tiger and Phil use them! I'm reminded of that old TV commercial: "Try it, you'll like it"!
