Details: 18 degree, stiff flex, mid kick point ust stock shaft

Purchase: I bought this club from Golftown on sale for $48 canadian. I bought this club to replace my five wood and 3 iron. (I carry 4 wedges.)
Pros: The club is much easier to hit off the deck than a standard long iron for any beginner. This is my go to club on long fairway shots. I find it more accurate than my woods and easier to hit than my long irons...the best of both worlds!
Cons: There are easier to hit hybrids out there. The new ping hybrid is much easier to get consistant contact and accuracy. This hybrid really has a penetrating flight. That can be good at times but sometimes if you don't catch it totally clean it can be a real line drive.
Quality: Excellent shaft and grip. Head is of really sound quality but the face does show signs of wear earlier than my other hybrids. No real damage but it's I mirror type finish so scratches should be expected I guess.

Review Summary: Seriously a very solid club. For $48 I feel like I have a high end club that can give me that 230-240 tee shot or a solid 200+ off the deck. If you are going with founders club take a look at the judge model...it doesn't have such a penetrating flight. This club would be ideal for higher speed swingers.
