Details: Toe-weighted swing trainer, steel shaft

Purchase: www.d2swingtrainer.com - $70 + shipping
Pros: I like the D2 Swing Trainer because it's a no-nonsense swing trainer that helps you understand and feel the basic fundamentals of the entire swing, the tempo of the swing and the mechanical 'must-do's' like the intial set-up, the hinging of the wrists at the top of the swing, the extension of the forearms, the rotation of the forearms through the impact zone and the finish. You simply swing it during warm-up, or even on the course, and after you swing it, you know what to do with a regular golf club. Your swing is more in timing, and the clubhead squares automatically through impact, eliminating many of the slices and hooks. It's a great product.
Cons: There's nothing I really don't like about the training aid. I wish it came in a junior model, for younger golfers, but maybe that will be available soon. I really haven't heard much about the club yet, other than what I found on the website.
Quality: The training aid is metal in appearance, and is yellow. It comes with a regular grip and can be used by either a right-handed or left-handed golfer. There is a majority of weight on the toe-end of the club head, I quess that's why they describe it on their website as patented 'toe-weighted' technology. It appears to be of very good construction and quality.

Review Summary: This club has helped me understand what a golf swing should feel like. I never really understood what the rotation of the forearms through the impact zone felt like until I used the D2 Swing Trainer. And I also never understood the proper hinging of the wrists at the top of the swing. Using this club has definately helped me improve my game, and it's helping me to correct my usual slice. I make much better contact with the ball now.
