Details: New Decade, Multi Compound half cord grip. Black cord top section, with red non-cord lower section.

Purchase: I won a custom built driver in a long drive contest last year and this is the grip I had installed on the free driver. Retail price is $6.49 at Golfsmith. This is the after market grip, not what comes on some OEM clubs.
Pros: I believe a half cord or quarter cord is about as good as it gets for a grip, and this grip is very good. It gives me very good purchasing power on the club and allows me to use a very light grip. Long life is what I want in a grip, and this one is holding up very well
Cons: It's a bit pricey at $6.50
Quality: First rate quality and long lasting

Review Summary: Excellent grip and long lasting. I love a half cord grip, and this is one of the better ones on the market. It looks very nice, and does it's job very well. With a litte soap and water clean-up once in awhile, it looks as good as new. This is an after market grip, and it's much better than a few OEM grips made by Golf Pride, none of which were very good quality. This one I highly recommend.
