Purchase: I was looking for a blade like iron with little offset and at the same time I also wanted some forgiveness. I checked out these irons by reading the reviews about them and I also talked to some low handicapped golfers about them. I had previously used clubs from Tour Edge, Wilson and I also had used some clone irons that were okay but I wanted to step up to a quality iron without paying the big bucks. Jim McClain of McClain Custom Golf fit me with Golfsmith Tour Cavity Pro irons with Dynamic Gold shafts at firm flex and Lamkin grips. The cost was a very reasonable $225.
Pros: I really like the way these set up and also the alignment is great. I feel more confident and I also like the feel that I get when I strike the ball. The short irons are very accurate and I really like the progressive cavity system from short to long iron. The quality of these irons are outstanding and the fit and finish - excellent.
Cons: Not to much I don't like about these irons. The long irons may take a bit of getting used to for some people, but I like the way they respond even on off center hits as I think that they promote a better swing on the ball.
Quality: Construction is outstanding. McClain Golf is a superb outfitter . I would recommend him to anybody. He gives you great service and professional information that will help your game.

Review Summary: Many people have recommended these clubs to low handicappers but I think that they work well for mid handicappers also. My handicap is 14 and they have helped me become more accurate.
