Purchase: Bought on eBAY from Pacific Golf Center for $160 including shipping.
Pros: Even though these are clones of the 2004 Callaway Big Bertha irons, they are very nice clubs. Having swung the Callaways in the store I was impressed with the way they practically swung themselves. After doing a fair amount of investigation I found the Grand Hawk XP-8's and they appeared to be the same design for about $440 less.
Cons: The only way they could be better is if they actually had the Callaway Big Bertha badge on them.
Quality: They construction is top notch. First of all I was custom fitted for these clubs. The fitting was very thorough and I truly feel as if I have clubs that are made especially for me. The shafts are True Temper shafts in a regular flex. The grips are Callaway Big Bertha half cord grips. Both of these items were sized according to my specifications. The heads themselves feel exactly like the Callaway's I swung in the store.

Review Summary: Prior to buying these I was using a 16 year old set of Spalding Executives. They were good for their day, but I was never able to hit them nearly as well as my old blades. As such I had all but abandoned my irons and was using fairway woods for everything. Obviously its hard to progress when you are using woods for nearly all your shots. Since buying these I have truly found my iron swing and can't imagine going back to my fairway woods. I'm hitting greens more often and my scores are going down. If these were stolen I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set ASAP...they are that good!

Purchase: Purchased from www.t-2-green.com. Paid $140.00 (shipping included) with Harrison Steel shafts and basic black wrap style grips.
Pros: I had tested out the new Callaway Big Bertha 2004 irons but just couldn't fathom shelling out the kind of money they were asking for them. A friend of mine suggested I check out www.t-2-green.com as he had purchased the new Taylor Made R7 clone from them. Over the course of a few days, I'm afraid I made a nuisance of myself to their staff. I was constantly emailing and asking questions. Nevertheless I always received a prompt and courteous response from them. When I had finally made my choice they helped me out determining the flex and length that would fit me best. My first trip to the range, I couldn't believe it. They actually felt just as good, if not better than the Big Bertha '04's! Since, I've knocked about 5 strokes off my game and couldn't be happier. They feel so solid and I just love the way they feel.
Cons: I really don't have anything that I don't like. Sometimes I wish I would have upgraded to Winn grips but what came standard on their irons are still pretty decent.
Quality: Excellent! Like I said earlier, they look and feel great. They came neatly packed in a box with great care taken to wrap each head individually as to not scratch. I had them approximately 7 days after I ordered them!

Review Summary: Don't pay for the real things when you can get a clone that plays just as well.
