Purchase: Purchased the Heavy Putter from Golfsmith and they matched a price from another on-line store for $188.00 (usually $229). Golfsmith has a great putting area in each store and their salesperson watched me putt and told me why the Heavy Putter was the only putter for me.
Pros: The Heavy putter is heavy (huge surprise there). What it does is make most golfers who don't always take the putter straight back, take the putter back and creates the perfect putting pendalum in very imperfect golfers, like me. There is a weight kit for the putter and this further helps people who have alignment problems so you can make one side heavier if that is what you need. Being heavy most people think they'll lack touch, it has helped me a lot in that area.
Cons: Nothing except the cost of the weight kit.
Quality: Steel Shaft and comes in 3 conventional putter designs and 3 mallet designs. The face is groved and helps keep the ball rolling instead of bouncing off the club face.

Review Summary: The heavy putter is perfect for most average golfers. It corrects built in faults with most of our imperfect putting strokes. It is especially good for the Putts of 10 feet or less. It is pricey, so you should definitely try it out in a store first, but if you have a problem with pushing or pulling putts, or were like me prone to the yips, this might be the last putter you ever own.
