Purchase: I acquired this club from Rock Bottom Golf off of ebay for $47.00 and the original selling price was about 140.00. Reviews for the club were excellent so I thought I would give it a try
Pros: I can hit the ball about 40 yards further than my Taylor Made Titanium. I also hit the ball considerably straighter. The feel of the club on impact is awesome. You can't even hardly feel it at impact.
Cons: The coating on the exterior is not very good. A really bad mishit can chip the paint.
Quality: Like the construction but don't like the coating.
Review Summary: I would acquire one if I were you. You can't beat the price for a chance at a better driver than the one you have. If it don't work out you have lost a very minimal amount of money. It worked out for me.

Purchase: After learning that John Daly, the long ball hitter, used a Hippo driver, I decided to do a little research on the club to see if it was the club that helped him hit a ball 400 yards, or just his ability.
It was the club!
Having played golf since 1982, I always tried to use the best equipment, which was usually the most expensive.
Therefore, after deciding to chance the Hippo driver, I was a bit leary of the club due to the unbelievable low price it was available for. ($149, including the 3 wood), at Edwin Watts.
Pros: I took the chance and bought the Hippo anyway, after swinging it at Edwin Watts, and liking the feel of power and control I had from the stiff shaft, very forgiving 400 cubic centimeter titanium head, and great looks of the clubhead itself.
I now drive a ball 250-320 yards with the Hippo, far less distance than what I used to reach when driving with my Callaway "Big Bertha".
I play with a variety of friends, some annual company tournaments, and as often as possible in my spare time.
A fellow golfer told me last week, "Marty, the Hippo driver is the best investment you have made to improve your golf game. What a difference it has made on your long game!"
He was right, and I have since seen several of my friends buy the Hippo driver, or ask where I bought it, after trying mine out.
The Hippo has revitalized my desire to play golf more often these days, as I can't wait to see the look on the face of my opponents when I tee off and hit the ball much farther than they.
The Hippo is the best driver for the money on the market today!
Cons: I cannot find one thing wrong with the Hippo driver, for even the blue clubhead is good looking. (I always preferred metallic or black)
Quality: The graphite stiff shaft and titanium head, are built with superior, quality materials. No doubt the reason for the club's unbelievable performance.
Review Summary: For an extremely reasonable price, that anyone can afford, the Hippo is the longest hitting, most forgiving driver on the market today, guaranteed!
I would publicly endorse this club to any golfer, of any ability, and be proud to give one to any friend playing golf today.
