Purchase: I bought this club on Ebay for about $65.
Pros: The large head size is very comforting at address.
Cons: Quality
Quality: I have only had this club for about 3 months and there is a crack on the bottom. There is no way to get in touch with Hippo. Their website is worthless.

Review Summary: This club crushes the ball. I am getting 280 consistently with this club. Of course sometimes I get a good roll or whatever to get near 300 yards but 280 almost every drive.

Purchase: I noticed that Edwin Watts had the Hippo Giant Driver on sale for $ 149 with the 3 wood and had heard some good things about the 400cc driver. Currently I was hitting a Taylor Made and a Titleist PT Driver but was looking to try something oversize and Titanium.
Pros: I found when hit good it was a lot longer than my Titleist or Taylor Made drivers.
Cons: Tinny sound and the large head takes a little getting used to. I can't work the ball as much as my Titleist or Taylor made but the distance will make up for that. Good club to use on wide open courses but for tighter fairways I still suggest using 1 irons and a more traditional driver.
Quality: Construction is good but my suggestion would be to go with a different grip, either golf pride velvet cord or a winn grip. It comes with a rubber grip which I will change soon.

Review Summary: Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. I would recommend the Ping TSi or Titleist 975J if you have the money, but for $ 99 dollars, you can't beat the price.
