Purchase: A 15 pack of the Intech Beta Ti's were 10 dollars at Canadian tire. Pros: I have to say I love the feel of this ball, infact i would go so far as to say I like it even more then the outstanding price.
I have lost minimal inconsiquential length off the tee, with wonderful control. I have better control than ever with my short irons without sacrificing any ability to get the ball to move when needed, it drws beautifully. Cons: Took awhile to get used to putting, I left alot of outts short at first.
I found a minor problem when these balls were put in a gyroscope to determine a heavy side for consistent rotation. After 45 balls 2 were infact faulty and I was unable to find a consistent rolling axis. That said 2 of 45 is not bad (especially considering most golfers do not even used this axis when putting. Quality: The balls hold up relatively well, you can expect a full round without too much damage to the cover. Review Summary: Feel, price, control and distance. 4 things wanted in a golf ball that these Intech Beta Ti's have. I have left my Nike platinums in the bag since purchasing these. I won't say that these are definately better but I can't say they are not.

Purchase: 15.00 plus tax for 36 balls. Pros: This ball is hot, it is priced nice, it is a 2-piece and i can honestly say that the pros are missing out with this ball. I play on the mini tours, and this ball give me more distance and control around the greens. It's soft and very light. For those of you who don't believe 2-piece balls are better check out Golf Digest Article in the March 2006 issue. Please don't believe the hype over those $30.00 balls, just because Tiger shot the ball up the hill the laws of phyics made it go down the hill and into the hole. Don't get me wrong the man has skills but it takes skills to make a shot like that not the ball. Cons: Many stores don't sell them. Quality: soft cover, 2-piece ball. Review Summary: the differences between all the top balls today (2- or 3-piece) is relatively small and the majority of golfers will not be able to tell the difference or take advantage of the differences. Purchase: 15 balls for $12 CDN at Canadian Tire.
I acquired these balls b/c they were cheap and I am still a novice golfer so I didn't want to lose expensive balls. Pros: On a 9-hole, par 35 course, I found these balls to be excellent. I only lost one ball (which is really good compared to my standards).
The distance was excellent and I hit straighter than I usually do, and there were definitely less hooks and slices.
This could be a combination of the ball and my new irons though. Although the ball did feel nice off my drivers as well. Cons: I didn't putt very well with it, but then I can't blame the ball for that. Quality: No comment...all golf balls are constructed the same. Review Summary: This ball is excellent for the price. I also got TiTech Titanium balls as a gift...I will also try those out. The TiTech balls are reviewed on this site.
