Purchase: I found the 450 sooolong at taylor golf supply online I bought a integra light shaft with it the cost was around $75.00
Pros: nice looking head and shaft to match it really good looking, it is long and straight easy to hit it is the longest driver I ever hit, it can go against any name brand driver and hold it's own and I've hit alot of drivers
Cons: I like everything
Quality: this driver is really solid top line

Review Summary: Would never pay for anything else,

Purchase: Purchased this club via mail order from clubs4less.com in Chicago for $145.00 shipped with the Harrison Striper Shaft (Stiff) and lampkin grip. Was looking for a club with the latest technology, excellent build quality and explosive distance. The guys at clubs4less.com, who have been doing my equipment for the last year or so steered me in the right direction.
Pros: Very attractive blue colored club with carbon like weaved top. Great finish!!! Deep face somewhat offsets the very large head, so it looks pretty nice at address. The club with the Harrison Striper shaft is extremely long!!!! Nice feel and sound with an extremely large sweet spot. Somewhat higher ball flight works well with todays top shelf balls. My club works better with stronger players. Other shaft choices are available for different swing speeds (check with the guys and they will help you out)
Cons: The name may be descriptive but it won't make the marketing hall of fame list. Head is a little larger than I normally prefer but most of the new drivers are similar in size.
Quality: Construction of the club is excellent. Fit and finish are extremely good. The way the top lightweight carbon/graphite weave blends into the Ti body is very impressive. Finish seems to be very durable. Since the club is so forgiving it won't have to survive the wear and tear associated with getting slammed to the turf after an errant shot.

Review Summary: Great club and shaft combination that allows golfers the opportunity to play the latests technology at "real" people prices. Take the hundreds of dollars saved and put it toward lessons, vacation etc. Great satisfaction when outperforming "Name Brand" clubs, and at $150 you won't feel as bad if next years "new" technology makes it obsolete. (Fusion owners suddenly got quiet)

Purchase: I assemble my own clubs, so I go through drivers and putters like nobody's business. However, when I bought the SoooLong 450,7.5*, driver from M&M Golf online, I was hooked. I paid $59 for it online, and put a Penley Stealth 70(Stiff) shaft in it with a Lamkin Crossline Classic grip. I played it with the Penley shaft for about 4 months, and have since switched to a Grafalloy Blue X-flex shaft. This shaft has made all the difference in the performance of the club. My clubhead speed range is between 115-125 depending on how I'm wanting to hit the ball. I acquired the Blue shaft at a discount which is why I tried it in the first place, but would suggest it for any large head driver.
Pros: This club is great, and it is exactly like the name says "SoooLong". I was playing a ping style driver before and had hit over 300yds numerous times, but I am consistently long with this club. I have hit two drives over 340 in the past week. The bright blue color is a definite eye catcher. The size is not an issue with me since I was previously playing a 320cc driver. I have found the loft to be exactly as stated. I am a high ball hitter, and the 7.5* loft is good at keeping the ball flight a little lower for me. Matched with the Blue shaft this is a must have for long ball hitters.
Cons: There are only three things I don't like about the driver. One, the face does not respond well to driving range balls. If you get some sand on the clubface, it will pit it slightly over time. However, most of the large cc drivers I have used do the same. Secondly, the feel of the ball off the face takes a little getting used to. It does not feel like it "pops" off the face of the club. I have hit numerous other trampoline face drivers and they tend to pop off the face a bit faster or at least feel that way. It almost feels soft off the face. But, the ball still goes a mile, so this is really more of a personal preference. The Orlimar HipTi seems to really pop off the clubface. Again, feel is one thing, the club still performs. Lastly, in medium to high wind, with the large cc head, you can feel the clubhead get pushed a bit, and is harder to maintain your target line with. I only felt this with some fairly strong gusts though, day to day it is fine.
Quality: As stated above, the only thing that I can see wrong with the club is the possibility of pitting if you have a bit of sand on the clubface. As long as you are loyal about cleaning it off, it's not a problem. The finish still looks good 6 months later. And there is just your usual sole wear.

Review Summary: Definitely a long ball club. However, I think you need to be able to generate a lot of clubhead speed to get the maximum benefit from this club. You must match the right shaft with it to get the great results. Just like any other club. Worth the money? Most definitely. Rate a 5 on distance and a 4 on quality.

Went to the range yesterday to practice. Took the new 9.5* driver to test it out. I hit it a lot better than I figured I would with that factory insta
