On 2003-09-18, C Nagappa rated this Jazz Fat Cat a 5...(2331)

Purchase: Bought at bargain at GolfTown, Richmond, BC, Canada for CAD $49 apiece (USD $34). I bought these to complement my Dunlop Tour Ti set and use instead of long irons which I find difficult to hit.
Pros: I bought the original Fat Cat version of the 7 and 9 Fairway woods. I liked their short shaft length. Jazz Golf has more updated versions (Fat Cat 2 and Fat Cat 3) with slightly longer shafts. The 7 wood produces nearly the same distance of my Dunlop 5 wood. And the 9 wood hits as far as the Dunlop 4 iron. Very nice feel and VERY easy to hit. Good distace, high trajectory and soft landing. Clubface produces very pleasing hitting sound! Jazz Golf clubs are really great quality for the price.
Cons: Nothing really. May not be widely available in the US as Jazz Golf is a Canadian company.
Quality: The construction and quality is very good.

Review Summary: These are easy hitting clubs intended for the high handicapper. I really believe Jazz Golf's hype that they spend their money on research instead of marketing.
