Purchase: Jim Smiley @ Sunnybrook Golf in Manassas VA built this club for me for $379 with a Winn V17 Arrow Grip. I first thought this was too much shaft for me. Boy was I surprised! The Super Launch is 14 degrees and the extra loft really helped with trajectory and assistance in getting the ball airborne.
Pros: My first drive was 275 yards with a fade. I never hit any driver 275 yards in my life! And this was with a range ball. The craftsmanship was amazing and the clubmaker listened to all of my concerns and put me into a driver he knew I could hit. I just needed a driver that was more forgiving than I had.
Cons: Nothing! I dare anyone to put their driver against it. The big name drivers are flashy and are advertised on the Golf Channel, but KZG can give them a run for their money for less.
Quality: Absolutely top notch quality. It was much better than I though it would be. It's a 355cc head. It made a big difference when a clubmaker listens to you on what you want and can talk you into what you NEED sometimes. I had to leave the stiff shaft behind and soothe my ego. The ball leaves with a very satisfying CRACK! at impact.

Review Summary: Do yourself a favor and try KZG on for size. A lot of choices. But this particular driver was exactly what I needed. They do have other degree options, but most of us could use the extra loft whether we admit it or not. This is offset by choosing a good shaft with a good kick point. Why pay more than you should? This driver is amazing. I can't wait until spring. My brother-in-law won't know what hit him!
