Purchase: KZG Master Club Builder Jim Smiley @ Sunnybrook Golf in Manassas VA hooked me up again for $239 with a Fujikura Vista Pro 70 shaft R flex and a Lamkin grip. KZG finally pulled it off. They have a Gemini fairway wood that just kills the ball.
Pros: For those not familiar with the Gemini Driver, it's a dual faced driver that just keeps the ball straight with a great amount of distance. Well the fairway performs the exact same way. Without swinging out of my shoes, I hit a 7 wood, 210 yards consistently. Pretty good even with 23 degrees of loft. But what is great is that this is also dual faced and there just is no loss of distance. Even on the blocked shots I had, they still traveled right about the same distance.
Cons: There is nothing that even makes me want to sell this...ever! This one is a keeper.
Quality: The construction is top notch and the quality is wonderful. The head is nice and heavy and you feel like you are holding something substantial in your hands.

Review Summary: I've owned a lot of clubs and a ton of fairway woods from a bunch of major and minor manufacturers. This one is awesome! The ball flies off the face with a satisfying "click" and a nice mid trajectory. I can't recommend this highly enough. You'll be pleasantly surprised that this works so well for your game. They make this in 3, 5 and 7. Find a KZG dealer and try one. You won't be disappointed.
