Purchase: Bought at Palm Springs golf shop - New for $50 off normal retail price. Been looking for a better overall/versatile club to replace fairway woods.
Pros: Easy club to hit. With a 16 degree loft, getting soaring shots very possible, resulting in long fairway/rough shots that land softer and doesn't run as much. Wide face, gives you more confidence at address. The shorter shaft (than fairway woods) also give you more confidence and control off more lies. This has become one of my favorite clubs to use for reaching Par 5's in 2, or to recover longer par 4's off a bad drive. I liked this club so much, I'm getting one in 22 degrees.
Cons: The shaft is a bit whippy. Even for average to slower swing speed like me, the shaft really feels soft. Other thing that could be better would be pricing.
Quality: VERY high quality of construction. Well put together. The clubhead on contact feels extremely solid - and gives you more confidence on bad ball struck shots.

Review Summary: Great club. I played the CPRs before this club... the heavier weight and better balance of this club, the higher confidence at address... definitely gives this club the edge for me. BUT... is it worth it, is the question you should ask yourself. I'm keeping my eyes open for used clubs now, due to high price. :) Also, would be interesting to try a different shaft - something that might make this a complete club!
