Purchase: after reading bob's earlier review of this driver,i started looking for one. i finally found one at academy on close-out for $19.96! i thought at the least that it would be a good candidate for trying out a new shaft.to my surprise this thing is very solid,with a nice medium ball flight.i swing@102mph and the aldila .350 tip shaft (intermdiate flex) felt very stable for a stock shaft.distance is about 10-20 yds. longer than callaway gbb hawkeye
Pros: nice size,surprisingly nice shaft,winn-type grip,beta ti 15-3-3-3 faced driver for under $20.00.what's not to like.forgiving direction-wise on heel and toe hits,loses little distance-wise.
Cons: nothing so far,other than the chrome looking face.
Quality: nice deep blue-black metallic paint,aldila .350 tip shaft(probably a r/f flex).very solid feel and sound.
