Details: Black, 10.5, Stiff, Fujikura Quad.

Purchase: Golf Galaxy, sells for $299.
Pros: Long, good looking, nice shaft, tight dispersal.
Cons: Cord grip.
Quality: Awesome. Like a tank.

Review Summary: I work at a golf store. I try them all. This is one of the best new drivers out this year. I hit this thing numerous times over 290 and straight. It sounds good too. I had a guy who was pretty set on a Sasquatch, or the 425 R7, other good drivers. I'm not on commision so I'm only interested in fitting the right driver for the right person. Needless to say, he was skeptical at first. After all, Mac doesn't go nuts with endorsements or advertising. They should! After blasting the NVG2 long and straight, and liking the feel, he walked out with one. Enough said. The Quadra action Fuji shaft supposedly adds 3mph onto your swing speed. It is very comfortable and square upon impact. The plasma wielded face has no week spots so off center hits have no problem going over 240 for the average golfer. Just amazing. This club also looks meaner than the original blue NVG. This club may not be for everyone, but I've met very few who wouldn't benefit from using it, me included. Overall, an awesome driver for the average price.
