Details: 13.5 Deg. Right Hand. Reg flex.

Purchase: Got this off Ebay for �40 because if the reports I read were true I will turn pro. Really though thought I should be hitting a few more fairways and would like a bit more length.
Pros: Took the club out last week for the first time just to experiment with ball position, where to aim how hard to hit etc. I normally have a slight fade. Took it out today 1st time in earnest drove between 200 yds dead to 252 yds.plus a 264 downhill.IT went straight as an arrow. Averaged about 220 yds. Hit 86% of fairways. OK my irons were good and putting was good but I shot an all time best of 81. 6000 plus yds. and I double bogied the last. Gutted.
Cons: UP TO NOW NOTHING.
Quality: Seems very good quality, have had Mac clubs before.

Review Summary: May not seem a lot to most. But 220yd average and 12/14 fairways to me is fantastic. Cant wait to get out next week. dropped 1.2 shots on todays round alone. If you are a similar player to me go out and get one.

Purchase: I got this club at golf town in Canada for $449 canadian.
Pros: This driver delivers everything!! The distance I was hitting it was fantastic. At least 15 yards longer than my old Nike Driver. The accuracy on this driver is something else. So straight and workable. I was finding hitting little draws to be no problem at all. The forgivness is too good to be true! And what a sweet, loud sound. The feedback is good as well. You can feel a mis-hit but you would not that it was a miss based on yards lost because there are not many yards lost with a mis-hit.
Cons: Nothing to dislike at all. This club should please everyone. It is really that good.
Quality: Top notch. I put in a 44 inch True Temper Dynamic Gold S300 steel shaft and no problems. The look of the club is real classic. Macgregor did such a fantastic job with this club. I am so happy I bought it.

Review Summary: If you are looking for a new driver you can't go wrong with this club. The performance is great! I love looking down at this driver. It has a classic look and old school name but so much modern technology in it. I was hooked the first time I heard that sweet sound and saw the ball go 275 dead down the pipe with a little draw. The best feeling in golf! And it cost's less than the r7 and Titleist drivers! I have never been more confident with any driver before in my life! If you buy it I think you will love it too!
