Purchase: purchased at a sporting goods store for 19.99 on sale.
Pros: this ball is amazing, i play college golf and we get pro-v1's to use in our matches, however i have never been fond of them and iv been looking for a replacement...iv found it, the maxfli A3....this ball is stupid long, i used it on a wet day today and distance was tremendous, ball carries a long, long way, much longer for me then the pro-v1. this ball is easy to control as well, hold its line in the wind and responds well when you need to manufacture a shot. feel is soft and the ball seemingly explodes off the clubface, the ball reminds me of the noodle, but longer and much better around and on the greens. the a3 putts great to, the ball rolls heavy.
Cons: my only complaint is that the ball flies high and can be difficult to keep low. though today i had to hit several low hooks (around and under trees) and i had no problem doing so.
Quality: quality is tremendous, i used 1 ball for 18 holes and it exhibits only minor scratches and flaking.

Review Summary: great ball, very long, very soft, very controllable on and around the greens. ball carries a long way and sticks well on the green, tremendous value, great effort by maxfli.
