On 2006-06-25, Tyler Matney rated this Maxfli Noodle Ice (color) a 3...(7180)

Details: Multi colored pack (blue, pink, orange, yellow, and green)

Purchase: Purchased at Sports Authority, $15.99 for 20 balls (4 of each color).
Pros: I love the way the ball looks, and it seems to hit as well as any ball I have played. It seems to feel the best on the green, as it is a little on the soft side, has a nice roll to it. The colors are a great bonus for me...with everyone hitting the white ball, it always easy to see where mine is! Not to mention, when I send mine shooting out near the end of the driving range, I can ALWAYS find it in and amoung the hundreds of range balls.
Cons: They seem to be soft, and one bounce off the cart path, or one roll across the desert areas of our Arizona courses and it is usually very scuffed. I hit one yesterday off a cart path and their was actually a tiny piece of gravel shoved into the ball...pretty much makes that ball unplayable. I will play them with a scuff or a scratch, but that one was done.
Quality: They look incredible, but seem to have a soft shell...might be better suited for somone who keeps their balls stictly on the fairways.

Review Summary: It's a fun ball, and I am going to send ANY ball into spots they don't belong. This ball would be better for the experinced golfer, but I will keep buying them because I enjoy having a different looking ball!
