Purchase: I got these balls for about $24.00 at a local golf store. I heard Maxfli was a good brand so I decided to give it a shot. Pros: When I first hit the Maxfli Revolution it was very impressive. Aside from exeptional distance this ball is perfect for around the green with great spin! When it comes to putting this ball has the best response I have seeen! I took three different balls along with the Maxfli Revolution on to a putting green and Maxfli really takes the cake! Cons: I can't say anything bad about this ball. Quality: The quality is excellent. Every time I find a sray ball that is a maxfli they always seem to be in better shape then any other brand. They keep their color longer then any Titleist I have used. Review Summary: This is the ball I will continue to use when I go golfing. Everyone I talk to agrees that Maxfli is one of the better balls out there.

Purchase: Purchase a box of them on clearance at SportMart for $12.00. I knew these had a urethane cover and wanted to try them out. I knew they couldn't be any worse than a box of Top Flites at the same price. Pros: Really soft feel. The cover is really soft, but doesn't cut. They spin into the green on approach shots very aggressively. They have a wound midlayer that must account for the spin, along with the soft cover. Can work these at will. Good driver distance. Cons: The feel off the irons is a little muted. More of a "thud" than a "click". Maxfli has discontinued these. The compression rating must be a little higher on these than some of the new solid core balls. Quality: Great quality for the money. Can play a ball an entire round and still looks like new. Review Summary: Too bad they don't make these any more. Good spin and control into the green without losing any distance off the tee. Purchase: Ebay: Approx $20 US Pros: I'm a feel player, so this ball fits this bill perfectly . Unbeleivable spin and control for a mid priced ball.
As a compromise ball I found the distance to be adequate, But with good workability and flight.
Where this ball exceeds the competition is the spin, on hard greens it will stop, and on softer greens, it will dance all day.
Putting is again great, rolls true. Cons: The ball discoloured quite quickly, and some were prone to scuffing..generally pretty durable though. Quality: This ball is very durable and for this price there is no equal quality wise Review Summary: An all around great ball....
Good for the mid handicapper, and great for the mid-low capper.
There is not a better ball for the price in my opinion. On 2002-11-17, Scott M rated this Maxfli Revolution a 5...(799)
Purchase: Dick's Sporting Goods $35 Pros: Holds the greens great. Great to chip and putt with. Cons: Might have lost some distance. Quality: Good Review Summary: I am a 18 handicap and I didn't think a softer ball would help, but I have shot my lowest round ever the first round with this ball.
