Purchase: I got a good deal about 550 for Mp 30's with dynamic gold s300, and 120 for Mp001 with a aldila nv 65s.
Pros: The irons are money when hit on the screws. I bought them about a year ago and tried every other iron at that time and nothing really compares. They have good feedback and I can instantly tell where I hit them, although mishits lose about 10% distance and almost online. The MP 001 is my favorite driver. The shaft is supposed to be low launch but I can launch drives out there about 270 which is better than I could with my big bertha 2. Again it has good feedback and is a little forgiving. Dont try and get away with murder. Both MP-30 and MP 001 work the best with the Pro V1x. It is the best ball for both, long straight and good feel.
Cons: Forged irons ding and wear shows more because of the high mirror finish. I take good care of them and they take good care of me.
Quality: Mizuno was the #1 iron brand on tour before everyone jumped on the bandwagon of endorsements and contracts.
