Purchase: I custom ordered these last year in Okinawa, Japan. I paid $599 for 3-PW, with Dynamic Gold Sensicore S300 steel shafts. It took almost four months for the clubs to arrive, but it was worth the wait.
Pros: These irons are the essence of a pure blade. Compact head, no offset, extremely thin top line, muscle back iron. The look, feel, and workability of this circa 1986 design provides sheer pleasure with each solid strike of the ball.
Cons: You will have a rough go of things if you don't bring your 'A' game with these clubs. Very unforgiving. Even a very slight toe hit will come up 20 yeards short.
Quality: Mizuno grain flow forged iron with triple chrome finish. These clubs are only manufactured at the Mizuno factory in Osaka. The quality, fit, and form are unparalleled! My friends and I inspected these right out of the box and we all marveled at the workmanship.

Review Summary: Probably a very difficult iron to find, especially in the U.S., but if you are fortunate enough to get your hands on a set, you will keep them forever.
