Purchase: I've had this unit for over 2 years now. It really helps your swing. I had loaned it out and never really knew how much it helped my game until that point. It's my Linus blanket for sure. I gave I think $50 used from ebay.
Pros: The weight forces you to swing thru the ball, and it puts your swing on plane. I've tried the driver version as well and its awesome. Also, it trains you to have a good grip, with the trainer grip on the club. It's the best thing going right now as far as swing trainers go.
Cons: Beat my buddies too bad.
Quality: Top notch

Review Summary: It's super- I was such a hacker a few years back- mired in the high 80s- I never thought I'd tell you I've shot 66 twice, but it happened. I've got to credit it to the Momentus swing trainer, and a golf training manual I purchased off the internet called Amazing Golf. It has worked for me- outlines everything in simple to follow steps- I couldn't be happier with my game thanks to these 2 products. I purchased the book off of the website- shootamazingolf.com
