Purchase: Moonte's Golf is a scam! I ordered a set of left-handed Turbo-power 6 irons on April 4, 2004. After not receiving them in a timely fashion (but their bill for $201.59 arrived on my May Visa statement!)I made numerous efforts to call them and never was answered by a human being nor were my messages answered by courtesy of a return call. Finally I heard from "Mike" in sales on May 25,2004 who informed me that the original shipment was lost but he was having another set made and would contact me as to the routing when they shipped. Great----except I never heard form "Mike" again! Afterending numerous e-mails once again, I was finally answered by Greg (Greg C. Mitchell?) the purported president of Monte's Golf. He informed me that Mike no longer worked for him and he would investigate my complaint and send me an answer to my dilemma the following day---that was on July 26, 2004 and I have received no further communication from the phantoms of the clone golf world known as MONTE'S! I can only hope the Florida attorney-general investigates them, shuts them down, and imprisons the lot of them!!! (No animosity here!) If you are seeking the best buys in clone golf equipment, RUN, don't walk away from Monte's Golf because you risk getting taken by internet scam artists, as many others apparently have done!
