Purchase: Tiger uses one (variety)... had to try them! Local golf shop.
Pros: I was surprised by the feel of the ball. Nikes always felt a bit hard to me... but not this one. Just right... not too mushy either. Also, I thought this ball was really for only fast swing folks... but for a slower swing speed like me, the ball was STILL longer off the tee, and the feel and control on approach was still there. Not as high a trajectory than other golf balls I use. (Callaway, Srixon, Precept, other Nikes). Cost was a bit prohibitive at first... but I live near the Nike headquarters, and suddenly, some shops nearby started selling them for $12 LESS than on the internet a box. So, they became one of my favorite golf balls to use... especially in dry conditions. Other reviewers were confused... this is a 4 cover golf ball. The new varieties are 3, but the original one is 4.
Cons: Nothing about this ball - BUT... now that Nike has made 3 other varieties (the tour spec one isn't really one, but thought I'd throw that in)... I have to go try the other ones now! Wish they just stuck to this one... they did it right the first time.
Quality: Solid feel - good construction.

Review Summary: I'm no expert, but this is my favorite ball for dry, desert golf conditions. Great feel, control even when the greens are hard and fast.
