Purchase: I picked these up from Mr.Divots as a free oppurtunity test. I really like nike as they represent 11/13 clubs in my bag. I would definetly pay the $40 for them!
Pros: I love everything about this ball. Nike made another great product A !
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about the NOB. Great balls all around.
Quality: 3 piece ball that flys like a 2 and spins like a 3. Its really well designed.

Review Summary: I tried the Nike Blacks and man they are looonnngggg. These balls are great because your gaining distance and your not sacrificing control. 2nd to none on distance and only behind the platinums around the green. These balls will stop on the money. I have 5 chips come within 3 feet the other day. These balls are really great and I recommend to anyone who wants spin but doesnt want to lose distance. The one thing about this ball that not alot of people seem to understand is how workable it can really be. I was able to work the ball from 8 paces off the green back to the pin which was 5 paces from the right fringe, nearly holed out!

Purchase: I saw this ball on the rack and after reading good reviews on all the nike one lines, I decided I would give it a go. I saw the nike one platinum sign and wanted to try it but the guy gave me a sleeve of black. What the hell.. it dosnt matter
Pros: I tend to like the firmness of this ball. Distance was also good about the same as the pro v1x and tour b330. At $5 per two balls it is a good price. After about 5 holes there wasnt any scuffs or even scratches.
Cons: This ball being in the $40 a dozen category dosnt live up to the others on short chips and pitches. Other balls that spin well around the greens give me more control.
Quality: Great durability, I wish other high end balls lasted this long.

Review Summary: I think it is a great ball and would play it if I could get it cheaper, but at the same price as Tour b330 and V1x I would rather play them. If you want to try this ball give it a go especially if you can get a deal.

Purchase: I bought six dozen off Ebay.
Pros: Ridiculously long with surprising soft feel. Love the "click" sensation of a solid hit. Longest ball I've ever hit...by far.
Cons: Nothing.
Quality: I'm not too sure about how durable the ball is. The times I've used it seems to get pretty worn after a round or two.

Review Summary: The Nike One Black will be ball of choice when playing in tournaments. I've never hit anything this long before.

Purchase: Dick's Sports, $39.99
Pros: Excellent spin and distance.
Cons: Tends to get scuffed by wedges. Has a very firm feel.
Quality: High quality.

Review Summary: Give it a try. Very similar to Pro V1x in my opinion in terms of feel. Lots of "click" at impact.

Purchase: I won a box of these in a tournament I played in.
Pros: These are really long as the ads say. About the same as the Callaway HX-Tour. Durable soft cover provides spin and feel around the green and on approach shots. The spins characterisitics are more of a "Hit and Sit," kind of spin vs. hit and back up like ProV1's.
Cons: It is nice to back the ball up with a 7 iron approach. I'm a 9 handicap currently, so my swing isn't always perfect. It just seems ProV's give me more spin on approach shots. They're pricy also, but all premium balls are.
Quality: Like I said very durable. Held up to full wedge shots and short irons without any scuffing.

Review Summary: A great overall ball. Slightly less spin, but exceptional distance. Predictable mid trajectory. As long as you don't lose it, you should be able to get a few rounds out of one ball. Good stuff!!

Purchase: I had played the old "gold" Nike One and had been impressed with the ball's overall performance and durability (a problem with oler Nike balls). I bought a sleeve of the Black as soon as they came on the market - just to see if they were truly "the longest ball". The answer? Oh yes. I am a long hitter anyway, but these are noticeably longer than anything I have ever played. A well-struck drive will usually go about 300-310 for me, but I was CONSISTENTLY in the 310-320 range. I drove past the green ion a par 4 315-yard hole and launched a 325 yarder on another (which won me the longest drive in the tourny I was playing in). Aside from the outrageous distance, they have a surprisingly soft feel around the green and putting. I have never seen anything like the Nike One Black.
Pros: Everything - distance, distance, distance.
Cons: Price ($40/dz)
Quality: Top notch all around.

Review Summary: Buy it - a superior product
