Purchase: Bought a dozen at Oshman's for $15.99. I wanted to try the new Ti-Velocity and compare it to the Precision Distance ball (now discontinued) that I usually play.
Pros: The price:peformance ratio. At $15.99 a dozen, the Ti-Velocity is a great performing ball for the money. This ball feels solid off the tee and irons with a fairly high trajectory. It has good spin for a distance ball, but may not hold very firm greens. The ball felt firm but not too hard when chipping and putting.
Cons: I have not had a chance to play in the wind with this ball. Winds average 10-15 mph where I live, and the higher trajectory might be a problem. Compared to the Nike Precision Distance ball, the Ti-Velociy is 5-7 yards shorter of the driver and a couple yards shorter off the irons.
Quality: Durability was excellent. After 18 holes, the cover was still in great shape and the ball's peformance did not deteriorate.

Review Summary: This is a great ball for the money that I will continue playing. It is durable, not too hard, and has good overall distance. The old Precision Distance ball is slightly better in just about every category; it is a real disappointment that Nike decided to discontinue it.
