Purchase: I acquired this driver from Ebay, (never used) with a regular shaft which because of my extremely fast swing speed changed to penley X-stiff shaft I originally paid $150.00 for the driver and then $80.00 for the New shaft Pros: I like the look, at address. I love the feel.. I know right away if i've struck the golf ball at impact square on the sweetspot or not just from the feel. I changed the grip to winngrips which are perfect but definately even for the limited time I pull my driver out will have to be changed at the beginning of every season, because they are so soft but definatly worth it. Cons: I haven't found any problems or dislikes at all.. don't get the wrong Idea I changed the grips and shaft but that wasn't because I was unhappy with what was on it,, they were quality however I perfered the upgrades that I made. Quality: no complaints. as a matter a fact I did own the previous model the 400c nike driver and that driver which was ok did have a problem with the paint chipping which they must have addressed on the Ignite because I didn't chip like the other driver I had Review Summary: the Nike Ignite 410cc I played with in 2005 was about 15-20 yards on a square hit, further than anyother drivers I've hit. When matched with the correct shaft and a comfortable grip It is by far my favorite club in my bag.. as a matter a fact I've always hit the Golf ball far this year I've actually driven the par 4 355 yard 6th hole at Spring Meadow N.J. On average on a good day I'm consistantly driving the ball about 310-320 in the farway.. (my 60 degree lob full swing if 108-115 anything less is gripping down and half swings.

Purchase: I bought the club at Edwin wattsfor $300 seeing it reviewed very well like in Golf digest, and thought I could hit it well. Pros: There is not much to like in the 410cc because barely missing the sweet spot will decrease yards and having to hit first in your group sucks. But when I do sometimes hit the holy spot it will fly but not as far as my old 580 xd Cons: First things first the STD grip on the driver line sucks ecspecialy when it's wet. It's so slippery that I sometimes thew the club almost as far as I hit the ball. Next is the fettichene fujikura shaft. I have a regular in mine but it makes a stiff seem lady like which sucks. Fujikura should be ashamed of itself. Lastly the clubhead; the around the crown construction Nike has thoughtup is pretty much worthless and feels horrible when you barely miss the sweet spot. Quality: There is no good quality and no good construction of the club. I just wonder why Tiger uses it. Review Summary: DOn't waste your money on these clubs they were very poorly designed and should'nt be hit unless a 5 or under handicap. On 2005-01-08, BD Cane rated this Nike Ignite 410 a 5...(4920)
Purchase: Puchased it from TGW.com and paid 285 for the driver. I purchased it because I had the ignite t60 3 wood and I love it. I had many problems with other drivers mainly because of the "huge" heads that are on the market these days. I have a problem squareing the face on the 460cc's so I purchased the 410 Pros: This driver is as advertised "HOT" I am easily hitting the ball further than any other driver I have owned. I have read that the stock shaft is to whippy, yet it is perfect for my swing as long as I take it back slow. The head is smaller than the 460's making it easier to square up the face at impact. I havent sliced it once. Cons: I have not noticed anything that I dont like about this driver. Quality: Quality of avery Nike purchase that I have made have been second to none. Review Summary: The entire Ignite line is awesome. I have the 3 wood and the driver, and for me I have never hit the ball further or straighter.
