Purchase: Golfsmith 399.00 plus tax and shipping.. 429.00 total. Crazy? Heck yeah, but read on!
Pros: After hitting the Callaway Steelhead version 1,2 and 3 I thought it was time to move up where the big boys play and learn to like the big head drivers. I bought the Nike Ignite 2 months ago without hitting it after reading reviews for months about its forgiveness and distance. I got the club in the mail 3/28 and after taking the plastic off I hit the local range where I have practiced for 8 years now. The first time I teed a ball up I was afraid to hit it because it is so pretty. :)It sure doesn't sound like my Calloways it sounds a little muted/softer - I can't explain it but it sure got heat! My first swing taught me one thing! I'm now a 300+ Driver... Yes sir reeeee, I can jack that little ball like I never did before with my Callaways - This Nike Ignite ROCKS! For the first time I hit the fence in the back of the range, 10 times to be exact out of 40 drives I hit. Now this fence isn't close.. probably 375+... Granted this is with roll on hard Texas dried out ground. This damn club is long, Way freakin' long. Nike wasn't telling stories about this club. It is workable and long... Way freakin' long. So I took the following day off work and play a round with my boys.. I Jack my boys up! I always hit longer then them, but holy cow I smoked them off the Tee, I left them crying... Man o man... I wish you could have seem the looks on their faces, it's over now - looks like they are going to be in the market for a new driver. I'm impressed with this Driver... If you have the cash and want to go long - Really really long... This is the tool of choice... A++++++++ Nike has a winner here....
Cons: If there was only one draw back it would be the cost... But to see the look on by boys faces when I jack them up hole after hole... hehehhehe - PRICELESS!!!!!!
Quality: Only played once and hit a bucket of balls... Seems like good construction and is a really nice club with a great Fugikara <sp> Shaft...

Review Summary: Bottom line is - if you want to make them cry... Nike Ignite is the answer... it is one killer driver... Now I can't wait to get to the Tee Box... 100% Nike Bag! Sling Shot 3-PW CPR Wedges 52, 56, 60 CPR Util woods... 18, 23 Ignite Driver Oz Putter....
