Purchase: My brother-in-law (who is an 8 hc) purchased a set of Nike Pro-Combos...and just for the hell of it I played a couple of holes with his clubs....and I hit the ball straighter than ever before. I felt so comfortable addressing the ball with his clubs compared to my Calloways. I associated my ball striking with "begginers luck" using the new clubs so I played an entire round using his sticks and I was astonished to find the same results. As a self confessed "golf addict" I immediately talked to my golf professional at the club and spent some time at the range trying different clubs. I must have hit 300 balls and kept gravitating towards the Nike's. Since I am not as good a ball striker as my brother-in-law my golf pro recom. the Pro Combo OS...which is a slightly oversived/forgiving club. I was properly fitted and purchased them through my club for an unbelievable price!
Pros: What do I like about these clubs? Everything!!! I just shot my best round of my life today....an 82...which I wouldn't have though even possible in April when I took out my old clubs. Since I have had the clubs I have shot in the 80's and low 90's every round. Granted the equipment can only do so much but if you are really working on your swing, striving for consistancy, and becoming a better ball striker....these clubs allow you to improve. For me the feedback is incredible. The clubs tell you what you did wrong...as compared to the calloways the "strike" always felt sweet but the ball just didn't go where you wanted it too. With the Nike's if you mishit the ball then you feel it. I am actually looking forward to the point where I can move past the "OS" model and own a set of Pro-Combos or even blades!!!
Cons: There is any thing that I don't like about these clubs. They play well and look good...what else could you ask for??
Quality: I've only had them for a month but I can't forsee any problems with them.

Review Summary: My final comment.....These clubs have helped me move past "the hump". I've always felt like I could be an average golfer....not a 15 hc!!!! There is no better feeling than striking the ball consistantly and these clubs have helped me achieve that goal. If you read this and find similarities between my game and yours you owe it to yourself to try out these clubs.
