Purchase: Looking for a quality all-purpose walking bag that had lots of pocket space. Was going to default to the Ping Hoofer Extreme but thought I would give new kid on the block (OGIO) a try instead.
Pros: Nice finish. Wore well when walking and the cart strap made it work well on the cart. Pleanty of space and I really liked how it seperated the clubs
Cons: I have had it for 3 months. parts have been falling apart
Quality: The rain fly threads were coming apart when I recieved it. 3 months later where one of the bag straps attach just above the handle started to come apart again because of threading.

Review Summary: Have had great customer service response with a new rain hood being sent immediately and have just sent the bag back for replacement under warranty. Will see if issues are a isolated incident or not. If the next one starts to fall apart I won't stop until I recieve a full refund inlcuding shipping and go back to PING. I do like the innovations and the bag layout just still questioning longevity.
