Purchase: I purchased these golf clubs from the Pine Meadows web site, and I paid $149 for the set of irons 3-P. I also picked up a SW for ~$20 more. I looked all over for the best value for golf clubs because I've been playing for about 3 years now and was in desperate need for new clubs as my old club shafts were too stiff for my swing speed and I couldn't seem to get rid of my slice. This was discouraging me and I hadn't played for about a year before deciding I wanted to get back into it. I searched the web trying to find a set of good clubs without the high cost and I found Pine Meadows online. I liked the idea of clone clubs (clones of Callaway X16) and they custom fit my clubs for me based on a few size measurements that I input online. Plus, the clubs were sent to me with a 30-day money back guarantee, so I figured worst case scenario I was out $20 for shipping them back if they didn't work out. I then looked for reviews and only found one review for these clubs and it was on this web site. It was a favorable review so I went for it.
Pros: Since buying these clubs (April 2004) I have been going out to the driving range quite often and I've played 18-holes once. I hadn't hit a golf ball in about a year before buying these clubs and every ball I hit went straight, with my old clubs I had a nasty slice and since switching over I've been hitting very straight. I'm also hitting the ball about two clubs further, but I don't know if that is from the clubs or the change in shafts. The Pinemeadows site was very good also, they shipped my order promptly and I received my clubs in about 5 days.
Cons: I don't really have any complaints, the only problem I had with the clubs was that the head from my 3-iron fell off, but Pine Meadows was very responsive and paid to have it reset by a local golf store.
Quality: The construction is very solid and since I'm not very good I put my clubs through some abuse. The only problem I encountered was with the 3-iron (see above) and that problem was resolved immediately (very next day).

Review Summary: I would say that I couldn't have picked better clubs, especially for the price. I'm very happy with how well these clubs have straightened out my game and added length to my shot. Overall, I would say that these were a great deal.

Purchase: If been looking on the internet for sometime to find clone golfclubs. The site of pinemeadow looked very trusting and it turned out to be just as well. Since I don't believe that big brand names are better just because they have a sound name. I decided to give it a try. These clubs are similar tot the callaway x16 irons . The standard price is 149 dollar, and you can custom fit them yourself on the site. Bought them with a slightly extended shaft (standard shaft)and different size grips. The order handling was superb. I was able to track if the clubs were in production, if they were tested and when they were sent. It took a little more than a week to get the clubs, but they had to be sent to the Netherlands.
Pros: I like the clubs very much, they gave me some 15 meters more and added a lot of accuracy to my game. I would certainly recommend these clubs, cause they are good quality and very cheap. Plus they look very nice. Pinemeadow quickly responded to e-mails with questions and gave good service. At the end it counts where the ball is after you hit it, not with which clubs it's done.
Cons: A disadvantage could be that they're pretty heavy. But since I'm a young guy, it's not a problem to me and it gives you added distance. Pinemeadow also sells a ladies version which probably is a little lighter
Quality: The clubs come assembled. The grips were nicely alligned. Played some 5 rounds with them and didn't find any construction faults

Review Summary: If you are looking for good value it's really worth the money. They play very well and will add some distance to you shots
