Purchase: Bought on ebay for $280 incl. shipping.
Pros: Very forgiving, mis-hits still go a long way. 10-15 yards more on sweet spots, 10-25 yards on mis-hits. That's alot yards. Old club was Big Bertha VFT (300ccs?) Can get same or better yardage with easier swing for more constancy with the new Ping. Maybe it is simply the 460cc head and any supersized head will do but this club is sweet. I would recommend a 460cc club for everyone. Two of my buddies both mid 70's golfers went to 460cc (Mizuno) and are not going back. I am low 80's myself and they talked me into it. I will never go back to a smaller club head. The Ping a bit cheaper than the other top manuf. too. Give any new club a couple of rounds before drawing any conclusions. It took me 3 rounds to nail the sweet spot on this club but man.......sweet!!
Cons: No dislikes, honestly. I am hitting the crap out of the ball with this club.
Quality: Well it's Ping. First rate manuf. so I expect it will hold up.

Review Summary: Go big. The Ping is a first rate club for a little less ($300 new). Give it a couple of rounds.
