Purchase: A friend of mine is like a walking, talking golf superstore and let me try this club at Blackthorn in South Bend,IN. I have been looking for a fairway wood that would deliver long and controllable distance.
Pros: The club sets up perfectly square and delivers shot after shot. It gives me a nice medium trajectory with ample distance and control. It sounds great as well when you hit it. I think the senses play a key role in inspiring confidence and this club fits that bill. I know that I can play a little draw if I set it square or hit it string stright if I lay the face open just a hair.
Cons: I do not like the useless headcover. Callaway and Ping are using these new style covers that do not protect the shaft nearly as well as the old long neck style.
Quality: The club could not be better made. A high quality graphite shaft with a high quality titanium head, what else could you ask for? (A long neck headcover)?

Review Summary: If you want a rock solid 3 wood that has no problems getting airborne and can be maneuvered as you choose then this my friend, is the club for you. I have a friend who has a Ping Tisi Tec 3 wood who likes his even better than mine. Ping Rules.
