Purchase: I bought my Ping Eye2s at Alf's Golf in Miami Beach for $205 for 4-W.
Pros: The Ping Eye2s are still some of the best perimeter weighted clubs ever to have been made. They prove Ping is typically well ahead of the competition. The clubs, though not as long as many clubs, have amazing control and forgiveness. I would compare them to the '96 Callaway Big Berthas in that regard.
Cons: The standard length for the club is 1/2 shorter than today's standard. That is a pain for those of us well above 6', so reshafting is mandatory.
Quality: The heads are solid with a soft feel. They are durable as all heck. Bottom line: top-quality manufacturing.

Review Summary: If you want a great set of pre-owned clubs, buy Pings. They should run you $200 for a good condition set. Check ebay.
