Purchase: I got these clubs at my local Golhsmith for $750. I am a junior golfer that shots in the mid 80's. I plan to keep these clubs and use them on my high shool team. I had some cobra irons and i was bored with them so i decided to get i good set i could keep for a while. I was looking at the Nike Slingshot, These clubs, and the Taylormade Rac OS2. O chose these because thats what the fitter siad was best for my swing. so i got them Pros: I love these irons. Good grips and they look great! I was hitting them a full club longer than my cobras. My first round with them i shot an 83. I normally shot 87 or 88, so i'm sticking with these club for a while! Cons: Nothing! Quality: Great! Better than any other set i've had Review Summary: Get these clubs if your looking to find long latsing clubs and to shoot better scores

Purchase: Bought from Chuck Brown Golf in Ottawa, Canada. Paid $675 difference from my trade in of a set of Top Flite XL 2000's. Pros: I have always liked Pings but was always reluctant to spend the money especially with not having the playing season here in Canada last all year long. Finally bit the bullet this year and got custom fitted for a set of G2's, left hand, CS lite steel shafts, 4 HL & 5 to PW. I should have done it earlier, these babies are easy to hit, long and give you the confidence to score well. Shot a 76 at 3rd game out with them... Cons: Nothing; these are awesome. Quality: Top notch, what can you say they're Ping's -
you get what you pay for. Review Summary: Anyone who is half serious about golf and wants to play better should get fitted for a set of these. I have never played better and my golf partners are having to spend more these days at the 19th. On 2004-02-27, TL CHICK rated this Ping G2 Irons a 5...(2954)
Purchase: PURCHASED AT A GOLF SPECIALTY STORE FOR 625.00. I HIT A DEMO SET BEFORE PURCHASING THESE IRONS. Pros: I LIKE THE WORKABILITY OF THE MID AND SHORT IRONS AND WEDGES. THE BALL WILL SPIN BACK ON COMMAND WITH THESE CLUBS. THIS IS A GOOD CLUB FOR A MID TO HIGH HANDICAP PLAYER SEEKING GAME IMPROVEMENT. Cons: THE LONG IRONS ARE MORE DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK INTO THE G2HL SERIES. THEY ARE EASIER TO CONTROL. Quality: PING QUALITY #1. WHAT CAN YOU SAY BUT THEY MAKE A EXTREMELY SOLID AND HIGH QUALITY CLUB. TO GET THE BEST RULTS GET FITTED FOR THEM AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR GAME. Review Summary: IF YOU HAVE NEVER PLAYED PING I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU TRY THESE. I THINK YOU WILL BE SURPRISED AT THE EASE OF HITTING THESE CLUBS.
