Purchase: I bought my set of S59's at a Golf Galaxy store near my house used for around $450.00.
Pros: These are by far the best set of blade irons you can buy, solid feel, but plenty of feedback on mishits. As many people have said, very consistant distances, lofts, lie angles, just a very well built solid iron.
Cons: NOTHING- ping has always been a top brand in the golfing market and after releasing these S59's I would have to say that they are
Quality: Once again very solid, well constructed set, is consistant throughout the entire set of irons with such a great set-up and look ( the sandblasted finish ) everything about this iron is great. Another thing is that they wear so well, if you look at any older Ping iron they seem to be kept so well and not dinging up or scratched. Great Club !!!!!!!!!!

Review Summary: The bottom line is buy them if you have the game to hit them, not trying to be arrogant in any way, but remember these are blades.

Purchase: Aquired the blades from Ebay after playing with a demo set at the local Country Club. These clubs retail for $850 - $950 at most clubs and retail golf outlets. Paid $600 on ebay with for blue dot irons with Cushin inserts.
Pros: I have been playing Taylor Made oversize Burners for the last 7 years and have gone from a 20 hdcp to a nine. Believe I needed precision clubs to go lower. These irons do not disappoint. The best feeling clubs and easier to hit than the Taylor Made RAC, even though they are blades. A nicley hit shot goes straight and true. Even poorly hit shots go 80-90% of intention. Would suggest for anyone under 15 hdcp. Love these clubs.
Cons: Cost can be on the high side if you buy retail. Fitting experts are hesitant to put you in blades if you are not 10- hdcp. Nothing about the performance that I do not like.
Quality: Ping makes the best custom fit clubs on the market. I have tried six other sets before settling on these and have found a variance with the loft, face angle and shaft stiffness on most sets. Not these.

Review Summary: Best clubs on the market for high single digit hdcp. Are blades with all the shot making capabilities while maintaining some of the easy to hit qualities of game improvement clubs. Great feel.
