Purchase: Purchased from Golf Club Exchange on line.Paid $76.00.
Pros: I've always liked Ping putters but haven't had one for a number of years.I tend to pull my putts and found that the toe of my putter has been up off the ground which I believe caused this problem.I read about the G2 and how they came in different lies.So I bought one 3* flat and man what a difference it made in my putting. The feel and distance control is outstanding.I have more confidence when I stand other a putt now.
Cons: Nothing.
Quality: Very well constucted like all Ping products. They also give you a choice of different grips.

Review Summary: If your like me and tend to pull your putts try one of these out you can't go wrong. One of the best feeling putters out there.

Purchase: $150 CDN from Nevada Bob's golf shop. Was looking for a more traditional looking putter than my 2-ball.
Pros: Single allignment line definetely helps when you use the line of words on most golf balls. Looks nice with a pretty dull finish which under sun is much less blinding then the chrome. MOI gets the ball rolling quick with less skipping a sliding when the ball leaves the clubface and results in straighter putts. Also, like Ping says, squarer lines help with lining up the putt a little more than the previous Anser.
Cons: Head feels a little bit light compared to other putters but thats about it.
Quality: Top of the line quality (It's Ping, what'd you expect). comes with good headcover, very pleasing to the eye, stepless steel shaft and a very nice feeling grip (I got the karsten etched).

Review Summary: For the money, about $100 US it is a great putter, if you are used to more heavy heads like the 2-ball it will take a while to get used to but its definetely a club worth checking out.By the way, G2 means Generation 2 compared to the first generation being the old Anser, ally, zing etc..
