Purchase: I don't remember where I bought these, but they were more expensive then they are now. Great prices for these clubs now.
Pros: These clubs are awesome out of the bunkers. I play public courses and they are never raked (the flat solid sand) but getting out of these within definite 2 putts and realistic pars saves several strokes a round. Confidence is a major part of these clubs as well. I don't have to worry about my swing speed. Attack the flag, go a little long and the ball backs up for a putt below the hole.
Cons: I've had these clubs for two years and have noticed wear on the face but I have not noticed any decline in playability. I'm sure there will be a time when I do, though. They do scuff the ball on bad shots but all wedges do. If you suck and are unable to produce solid hits these clubs are not for you. Yes, you will scuff the hell out of a ball. The benefits outweigh a little scuffing in my opinion, plus the 40 buck price is unbeatable.
